Responsible for real-time collecting of voltage, temperature. Provide the active or passive balancing management, thermal management of the cells. communicating with the upper level through CAN or isoSPI.

MASTER BMS MODULE(BCM)

Responsible for collecting voltage, current and temperature, calculating SOC/SOH and other states, execute balancing strategy, diagnose battery faults, and private locally protected for the rack level.

  • With fault detection function and circuit cut-off protection function of limit alarm threshold
  • Support active thermal management and control function
  • Support CAN, RS-485 and Ethernet communication functions
  • Support Bootloader upgrade

The management unit of the Rack level high voltage power loop, in which the BCM can be placed. Responsible loop contactor control, protection and data communication and other functions.
