Product Security Support Lifecycle
IEC provides security updates and bug fixes for supported products during the support period.
Security Support Period:
5 years after product shipment.
After the support period ends, customers should contact IEC regarding available maintenance and security support options.
Secure Product Decommissioning
Before disposal or transfer of ownership:
- Delete configuration data.
- Delete log files.
- Restore factory settings.
- Verify that sensitive information has been removed.
